Turns out there is a combo of physical servers and cloud-style provisioning/pricing: it's called bare metal clouds.

All in all, no, you're only talking about some side stuff that only clouds the history.

The fact it's lifted really clouds anyone to look at the idea or the concept and provide feedback here, change it for the better.

Apparently, the Soviets had a plan to repeatedly nuke the bay to generate huge clouds of radiation that would then spread across the country.
