Maha Bandha consists of Jalahandra Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha and Mula Bandha.

Maha bandha, sitting and Siddhasana, and kechari with the throat sealed off is one way to turn on your kundalini.

Psychosomatic diseases are real, and asana pranayama mudra bandha shatkarma are exist to alleviate them.

I also had been able to hold my sexual urges simply by focusing on mula bandha.

Yesterday I had observed that muladhara/areas around mula bandha also plays role on resurfaced memories or some kind of music earworm.

When I perform shavasana afterwards (as the song becomes eargasm) I observed some sensations around muladhara, mula bandha, and my knees.

I then exhale into maha bandha and perform 20 bastrika stomach pumps with the breath outside then inhale into Kriya 10 for two rounds, back to maha bandha on the exhale and some bastrikas.

Point being practice Maha bandha as much as you can.

Natural breathing, abdominal breathing, thoracic breathing,yogic breathing, swana pranayama, jalandhara bandha, agnisar kriya, uddiyana bandha, and nauli.

Uddiyana Bandha should build chakra awareness in your stomach.

I have myself felt a distinct difference in my mood/performance on those days that i practice Nauli/Uddiyana Bandha/Mula Bandha.
