muladhara

As the feeling of fear, threatening, and survival comes from muladhara, it seems the song that was played was targetting my muladhara.

They look at the world through the windows of the chakras below the muladhara.

Yesterday I had observed that muladhara/areas around mula bandha also plays role on resurfaced memories or some kind of music earworm.

When I perform shavasana afterwards (as the song becomes eargasm) I observed some sensations around muladhara, mula bandha, and my knees.

Now some of the chakras are particularly difficult knots to unravel, Muladhara is commonly known to be a difficult knot to unravel because we are all naturally attached to the earth element (earth includes all physical matter, which includes the body).

I like listening to this Mantra: Babaji Mahavatar - the descent of Eternity into Time Om Na Ma Ha Shi Va up the chakras with Va in Ajna and then the air rushes out the crown and start back at Muladhara with Om.

The model to use as a framework is that of "Raising the Kundalini" (from Muladhara chakra to Sahasrara chakra ) which you can assume for now to be an allegory for moving through a trajectory of consciousness states from "normal" to "supra-normal" (can only be experienced and cannot be precisely defined).
