It is not the company's fault if they played an ad that's just sirens and horns and people screaming, distracting you.

On a related note, I think radio commercials with sirens and honking horns should not be allowed.

An ambulance doesn't wait at the hospital until the roads are clear, it turns on its lights and sirens to notify surrounding vehicles to get out of the way.

That doesn't strike me as whistleblowing - instead of "I saw something wrong and I'm reporting it" it's instead "I'm determined to find something wrong and report it." That alone should sound sirens in everyone's head that whatever was released had a skewed perspective to it.
