I thought you were kidding: The PlayStation was launched in Japan on December 3, 1994, North America on September 9, 1995, Europe on September 29, 1995, and Oceania on November 15, 1995.

My understanding was that West and East correlated reasonably well to Occident and Orient, so the Americas, Europe, Africa as the west (Occidental), and Asia, Oceania, as the east (Orient), with "near east" being the middle east and "far east" being eastern Asia.

The fact is, China is nothing like Oceania, or even the Soviet Union.

What do you know about the situation in some hidden archipellagos somewhere in Oceania.

Oceania is still at war with Eurasia, etc etc.
