Is there a way to instruct Hugo that once a crossover point is reached to unbundle the CSS?

Again, not from within hugo but that one should be fixable with some pre-processing.

I use hugo and it is the easiest/fastest I've found so far.

Not that I'm aware of, Hugo is pretty much of the 'sausage grinder' variety of blog post generators, not much in terms of decision making during the processing from what I've seen so far.

Also, Hugo's narrative of Waterloo in "Les Miserables" is wonderful and worth reading if you are at all intrigued.

Context matters: this is all happening around the same time as the tail-end of things like "Gamergate" and the whole Hugo Awards mess thing.

I just started writing a 'first' blog post about my Hugo static site generator setup and stopped half way through with the thought, "why would anyone care about this, it's trivial and almost condescending to tell people how to set up Hugo".

Hugo Larochelle's youtube course [2], Geoff Hinton's Coursera course [3], and Nando's youtube Deep Learning course [4] are all very good.
