I see plenty of them weaving between pedestrians or weaving around moving cars.

People are just so stupid behind the wheel, running up on cars tailgating, bobbing and weaving lanes...

What about weaving into the lane that seems faster, passing several cars, then switching back?

Or, the bindings can be generated through some kind of bytecode weaving or code generation, which are both opaque to some degree.

Tailgating and weaving are caused mostly by frustration due to improper lane usage.

When you see the guy weaving though traffic down the highway, changing lanes every few seconds and accelerating and breaking seemingly at random.

If I see someone weaving a bit in their lane, I give them an extra lane of space between us.

There are interesting questions here about the destruction of low productivity facilities, say a factory of weavers, versus destruction of high productivity facilities such as a factory of weaving machines.

I wouldn't defend someone weaving between cars in traffic and leaving inches between bumpers doing so (I'm sure many of us have seen this) for the exact same reason.
