Scala developers can build some features to server (like good API, hubot integrations, etc...), iOS/Android/Web devs can improve applications.

Having played with Slack and Hubot a bit, you could probably write this yourself in 20 minutes.

Before proceeding with a deployment, Hubot will detect if our branch is behind and automatically merge in master if required.

As one of a small niche group who hosts Hubot on Heroku, this is horrible news.

Funny that Hubot's homepage says they aim to "reduce employee efficiency" which sounds a bit counter-productive to me.
