figaro

I feel that figaro-like capability in Rails is a win for the community and for figaro/laserlemon as well.

I've used figaro but recently switched off in favor of a combo of foreman, dotenv, and heroku-config[1].

We use figaro and have a table called variables that overrides the former.

Anyone had any luck loading their secrets.yml file into heroku, figaro style?

Last time I checked, the Figaro and le Point (conservative newspapers) were alive and well.

I've used Figaro for a few projects and I've found myself very happy with it.

Two such languages implemented in Scala are Figaro and Factorie.

Though these systems are immature enough that there's no guarantee Figaro will actually work on the translated models (or that Church will even work on the originals:-).

I don't remember how much of this Figaro does, just thought I'd throw foreman out there as another solution to keep in mind.

IMO I'd use Figaro for Heroku, and YML files for a VPS.

Same with Le Figaro, which is a lot more like my taste.
