Please, come to Costa Rica (come to Central America for that matter).

Lot of Americans goto Costa Rica and other countries for their surgical procedures because of the cost benefits and the same quality of medical treatment.

Though I must say that for instance Costa Rica sounds a lot better for living, even if it is 30 % higher cost.

For Latin America I think the Play store is the only good option, I know heaps of android users here in Costa Rica that only use that.
