If you're smart and use foil to protect the baking sheets, it's a 5-minute prep/cleanup operation.

Absolutely, and awesome in baking to get fluffy crusts and textures too.

So does hard-baking a single storage and access pattern, which is that you get it wrong and have catastrophically slow access and aggregation times.

I haven't had a chance to test it yet, but I believe fish 2.2 will allow the baking to finish.
