Zynga are extremely smart and dedicated about honing every single aspect of their games to enhance their addictiveness and virality.

Zynga did have some scammy offers but they only accounted for a minority of their revenue.

That won’t stop people making cracks about the Russian Mafia investing in Mafia Wars, one of Zynga’s popular social games, though.
