The fun part is that you can be either Alice or Zola with nothing but perl.

Alice and Zola start the business and innovate in the realm of cooking, not plumbing.

Once was due to Zola changing how shortcodes or Markdown worked, which I otherwise might not have noticed.

For example Zola and Hugo, static site generators - great, unique words that has no other meaning to me but the generator.

Personally I feel like I grok the configuration and templating options for Zola better than I do for Hugo.

I used Zola for my SSG and can't think of the last breaking change I've hit.

I found the letters of Émile Zola inspiring, and I thought the affair worth sharing--in case anyone didn't know about it.

Note that I don't have a lot of requirements, but I love zola + gist.

What I did say is that either Alice or Zola would be better served by having elements of both Albert and Zip.

Hugo, Flaubert, Dumas, Zola used the format for decades.

Zola updates broke my site a few times, quite apart from my patches not cleanly rebasing.

And I'm not sure of the reference for Zola's restaurant, but I like the Guthrie inspired complexity of Alice's restaurant.
