Even if we try to "nudge" behavior using subtle approaches, as Thaler and Sunstein advocate, there are practical limits, and a system of laws to enforce "good nudges" gets absurd pretty quickly.

Thaler's work on the subject indicate that creativity might be actually a byproduct of damage/noise done to neurons, i.e.

Thaler listed the Creativity Machine, a non-human entity, as the sole author, the application was correctly denied.
