Soy/tofu/tempeh, oats, nuts, legumes and quinoa are my major sources (quinoa can be hard to find though).

Slice or dice the tempeh and dip or surround with sauce for >10sec - pan for a few minutes with some oil.

Especially if you mixed it with something like tempeh in the right proportions.

You would just eat more protein dense plant foods like tempeh, extra firm tofu, and seitan which is the most protein dense food.

Now my favorite staples are fried tempeh and lentils with nutritional yeast.

Come to the american south and ask them to try tempeh.

I’ve cooked and eaten tofu that was acceptable, and tempeh that was slightly better.

My favorites are: pad thai, tempeh + veggie stir fry over rice, black beans + veggies + guac over rice, african vegetable curry.

Then eat protein-dense plant foods like tempeh and tofu.

I can feed them tofu, tempeh and beans and lentils for vegan protein.

So then, could it be true that getting your protein from soy based foods (e.g., tofu, tempeh, miso) presents an obstacle to being hit by these?

Tempeh on the other hand is easier to elevate because the fungus "sip" marinades very quickly.

At the grocery store I am often asked "What, are you some kind of vegetarian or something?" when I buy tofu, tempeh, lots of vegetables, and no meat products.

Tempeh is popular among vegans, but I regard is as foul, I'd rather drink sewage, but I'm completely cool with someone else eating all the tempeh.

Tempeh is awesome and comes with soy (nutty), lentil (strong taste like aged meat), chickpeas (floral), beans (melty), or other legume/cereal/nut.
