It was resolved in Pinter's favor only because Pinter was Beckett's good friend, and understands his work thoroughly.

There was controversy over Pinter performing a Beckett play a year or two ago, where Pinter changed one of the core parts of the play.

Pretty amazing to be around someone who can tell stories about Beckett and Pinter though.

You can now learn real analysis and/or abstract algebra (I recommend Pinter for abstract algebra).

(Sophocles isn't at all bad, but his writing dates terribly.) The problem with Pinter is that he doesn't write for aesthetic.

I tried higher sensitivity and the pinter was running all over the place, so brought it low so i cud aim with precision but then turning an attack into a retreat took a LOT of time.

Compared to say, Sophocles of old, or, in our time, people like Harold Pinter or Edward Albee, Shakespeare was a hack pulp fiction paperback play write who wrote a small number of adequate plays and a large number of really poor plays.

I have also heard good things about Pinter's "A Book of Abstract Algebra", and it is available quite cheaply.

Pinter, "A Book of Abstract Algebra", is very nice.

A hopeful sign, kind of: you started with "betrayal" (Harold Pinter play!) and now you are faulting Mozilla for being confused, or for not reforming All The Things instantly.

That means Pinter's book is more elementary.

A few years ago, I led a study group through A Book of Abstract Algebra by Charles C Pinter.

Pinter's A Book of Abstract Algebra is one of the best math books I've ever read.
