Do you mean Machu Pichu (Where this is true) or all of Peru?

We recently visited Peru — Machu Picchu for a week, then Tambopata (the Amazon) for a week.

Some have speculated the Incans did not create the monolithic blocks at Machu Picchu, but instead, only found them.

There's plenty of space to do archaeological research, it's not like Mars is the size of Machu Picchu or something...

Dry season is May-Oct (not at all advisable to visit Machu Picchu in the wet season).

Everyone thinks of Machu Picchu but this bridge is pretty high up there on interesting things to see, and cross.

Be great to see this expanded to include walks (machu pichu etc) - only because that has more relevance for me though.

What's to prevent someone from allowing 3D printing of any landmark in the world like the Taj Mahal, Machu Picchu, Eiffel Tower or London Eye?

The Grand Canyon, Machu Pichu, what have you.

And yes, wanting to be able to climb Machu Picchu without taking time off is both an "economic reason" AND a "material improvement in one's livelihood".

I think we're a bit too eager to throw around "sociopath." When I nod along to my boss' vacation story and ask him follow-up questions, I guess that also makes me a sociopath, because he's not a good storyteller and I'm not interested in Machu Picchu (this is a made up anecdote for illustrative purposes).
