We're using the kendo ui mvvm, It seems like they forked knockout js, and just did their own thing.

But if you want to use a full framework, i think Foundation for Apps and Kendo are your main options.

We still have to buy something like Kendo UI to work with Phonegap on Android/iOS.

I never said they were good fighters, just that they practice with real swords, while in Kendo they don't.

One more thing, Kendo UI does give us the ability to include only those modules that our apps need (package customization), plus it's AMD-compatible.

My typical approach is to use Bootstrap for whatever it has built in, and then Kendo UI with the Bootstrap theme for some extra widgets.

I think it's very similar to kendo, the Japanese equivalent of fencing (sort of).

I've had good luck using their Kendo UI Web components in an Angular context.

Your answer actually got me really interested in Supersonic and will be starting to evaluate it for a future project vis-a-vis the Ionic Framework itself, plus Angular Material and Kendo UI.

Kendo is indeed a "fork" of many things.

But of course they fight even less than the guys from Kendo, because nobody wants to get a scratch nowadays.

NET MVC extensions that they released as open source before they went on to develop Kendo.

I've gone from Angular, to Kendo, to Ember, to Backbone.
