A few pilot plants, such as Umicore's Hoboken plant in Belgium that are at a demonstration stage exist.

I can get to Manhattan within 15 minutes from Hoboken or Jersey City.

Plenty of people are moving to Jersey City and Hoboken which have the same "bridge&tunnel" stigma.

Note: "software goes down" is a euphemism for "the corrupt city government decided not to pay for the software license, and the company shut it down." At least that's what happened in Hoboken.
