It isn't, you simply believe that it is; as the guy below said a clear case of Dunning Kruger, you are vastly overestimating your own intelligence.

Essentially, you're outsourcing your billing system to them so that you don't have to think about things like dealing with the dunning process or prorating the bill if the user upgrades their plan mid-month, etc.

You're exemplifying Dunning-Kruger at its maximum: critiquing a world-renowned economist who wrote an 900-page book on the state of income inequality of this century as someone who wouldn't be aware of the history of European debt relief.

Not to pick on the wishful gullibility of the masses to get entranced by well-made ad, or individual entrepreuners with severe Dunning-Kruger naivete, but perhaps "crowdsourced" investors should at least be backed by a reputable subject in the field and a background check.

(Example: saying that type safety prevents you from trying to "multiply seven by cats".) It seems like a pretty Dunning-Kruger thing: the less broad your knowledge is, the more justified you feel in writing an introductory text to the field.
