What is the difference between carrying around a corded peripheral, and a corded peripheral with a two-inch extension that solves your legacy connector problems?

It's corded and the software is a bit clunky but is quite similar, although it functions a bit more like a mouse.

That is what you need but with iPads bungee-corded onto them, the display showing the camera video.

Plug pc into tv via hdmi, get a bluetooth adapter or just use a corded 360 or ps3 gamepad, play games.
