The issue of re-introduction of convicts who have served their sentences is a problem of the State as the State is one who does the punishing.

Probably because they were technically convicts from governments point of view, instead of outright slaves or someones property.

Meanwhile, the unreliability of eyewitness testimony is legion, and it falsely convicts more people than anything else.

Might be nice if they were given a limited number of years to distribute among their convicts.
