It's just a term one of the nutrition experts I follow, Alan Aragon has used to describe people who blindly follow the paleo diet.

Also there are huge inaccuracies: Navarre was only conquered by Spain in 1512, after Castille and Aragon had merged into Spain a bit earlier.
