I will say the one thing cannabis does for me that’s absolutely amazing is as an anti-emetic/anti nausea remedy.

CBD has no discernible effect on CB1 receptors, and produces no anti-emetic effect.

I'm sure there is, anti-emetic medication like Valoid really helps with nausea, and Cannabis can alleviate nausea and discomfort tremendously.

Heck, they could probably fix the nausea/vomiting just by making a pill that contains an adjunct anti-emetic like ondansetron, like they do for cancer drugs.

I know of Dexamethasone as an anti-emetic for chemotherapy.

My wife is using it for appetite/anti-emetic effects and trying to 'dose' with dry herb or pen vaporizing is a joke, and most of the oils/edibles are administered in a way that has pretty gnarly taste/aftertaste that has been counter-productive for her.

(I also found that it made my emotions very directly influencible by the music or conversation or w/e was going on during the treatment.) It often makes people nauseous or vomit, so every clinic I've been to stocks an anti-emetic and a bucket.

The anti-emetic I needed to take for chemo (chemotherapy is literally poison, your body will quickly figure out that you're being poisoned and, despite the fact that the poison was injected into your veins, throw up to try to remove it, so, you need an anti-emetic or you'll have a bad time each session) has "Nausea, vomiting" on its list of possible side effects.
