FYI, a couple hundred thousand people live in yurts year-round in Ulan Bator--- today's high there was -16C, low -34C.

What about the difference in the value of $75K between say Chicago and Ulan-Bator?

The trip from Ulan-Ude to Khabarovsk takes 3 days on a train that might have or not power outlets on the coupe cabins depending on your luck.
