One of the most visually offensive things about a lot of communist architecture is top-heaviness.

One phenomenon that's been happening is the increasing top-heaviness of society due to automation because you simply need less people to work.

Or it could be that younger founders are severely under-funded because the top-heaviness of the winners vastly outweighs the higher number of failures.
