The list of treaties recognizing China's authority over Tibet goes on, whereas there exists a distinct lack of anything resembling international recognition for the existence of an independent Tibet.

Never-mind their active participation in blocking information and issues relating to Tibet and thus contributing to the problem.

Annexing water territory that does not belong to them, is no different than China taking Tibet by force on the basis that they proclaim it belongs to them.
