Between French and Romansh I can more or less read Italian, although I can't understand it when spoken.

Switzerland seems pretty easy -- French, German and Italian get the obvious flags, while Romansh gets either the Swiss flag or the Grisons flag.

Do you think it would be critical for a EU-based cloud provider to translate their admin GUI to Elfdalian, Basque and Romansh in order to succeed?

I don't know about the situation for Swiss-French, Swiss-Italian and Romansh speakers.

For a flag, I'd find an online Romansh community and ask what flag people would find most respectful + representative, or if people would prefer I forgo it.

In Switzerland, it might be possible for everyone to speak English, German, French, Italian, and Romansh if you're around people who speak it for your entire life.

I live in Switzerland and I’m very used to seeing 3 to five options with a Swiss flag: German, French, Italian, English, Romansh (rarely).

I can handle the French in Switzerland more or less the same as I can handle French anywhere else (not that great), German and Italian not well at all, and Romansh pretty much non-existently.

Also, Romansh aside, all national languages of Switzerland (French, German and Italian) are spoken in areas that directly border a country where that language is the national language (France, Italy, Germany/Austria).

I live in Switzerland, which has 4 national languages (Swiss German is spoken in dialect form that varies between towns, while Romansh has well-defined idioms with distinct spelling, although the 5 or so idioms are mutually intelligible).

Romansh has like 50,000 speakers and a ton of those probably use something different on their computers anyway.

Courses with actual humans make learning go faster (in the case of Romansh, it would have been impossible without the course).

And I'm highly unlikely to add Romansh, if only because it'd be very difficult to translate with good quality.
