My favourite resources for FEM were the book and courses that Hans Petter Langtangen (RIP) wrote at Simula.

For anyone who is interested, Petter @MentourPilot on Youtube has a few videos about this topic that are worth watching.

In the Mentour Pilot video, Petter advocates for this change to 737 MAX procedures as a stopgap solution to the issue.

Been happily programming for the petter part of the last decade since!

Another high-hour channel for me is Petter of Mentour Pilot.

I've followed Petter on YouTube for ~3 years now and really enjoy his work.

I do hope Petter will continue to maintain the seriousness of the channel, and the mission to teach the lessons learned by air incidents.

Thus potentially making a petter decision.

There's plentiful of studies done, sending the same CV under the name "Ahmad Jusuf Muslim" and "Petter Petterson" (or something along these lines), the 2nd name will be called for interviews way more often than the 1st name.
