Emacs org-mode could be a choice though it takes some ( or long) time to learn.

You may also want to check the org-mode support for Jekyll, the ruby-based static-html blog engine.

I wrote something on top -- it imports github and google code issues and google tasks into emacs org-mode.

Emacs comes with a couple of built in spreadsheets: ses-mode supports emacs lisp formula in cells, org-mode tables allow simple formulas in table cells.

One example of a feature that Org-mode has that the other solutions I evaluated didn't was support for plain text spreadsheets[3].

Invaluable if you are an org-mode or markdown jockey.

I particularly like Org-mode because I can view all of the tasks I've written in my agenda and know I won't lose anything.

It's up there with org-mode as an emacs feature.

(apart from evernote) I'm currently experimenting with Emacs org-mode, Microsoft OneNote and a personal MediaWiki install on localhost.

I've been converting my note taking to Org-mode over the past few months and am still trying to find the ideal directory/file layout to put things in.

I have a personal wiki powered by Org-mode[1] that includes several thousand documents containing the notes I've taken.

When I last evaluated note-taking solutions (2012?), no solution was both fast and feature-rich like Org-mode.

Since you're a huge note-taking nerd, I assume you evaluated Org-mode.
