I love nanDeck, and Andrea Nini has been amazingly responsive at fixing bugs quickly, and at pushing out new features frequently.

I felt a little cheated when they launched the nini after the 2020 SE.

In Mexico they are called nini's (_ni_ estudian, _ni_ trabajan).

NiNi's is apparently the word (I heard it before, but it didn't stick, now it will); it's very prevalent and I do not understand it.

This is the type of system that makes people expect that they should work for a single employer for their entire life, which hasn't worked so well for a number of countries in the past few decades -- just look at NiNi's.

Finishing university can just turn you into a NiNi: Ni estudias ni trabajas (You do not study, yet do not have a job) So I'd take the stories of Spaniards about our superior drinking culture with a grain of salt.

I find it insulting because the word NiNi is just a generalization on young people (as me) that politicians and media is throwing around to make us feel bad, and to portray a group of people that does not represent the majority.

NiNi is a pejorative word used to refer to people that "Ni estudia Ni trabaja" (do not study, do not work).

I guess he finds insulting that the term is thrown to every young people " generation nini" as if being of a certain age is synonim of being a slacker.

Every Bay Area visit I go back to (a) Shalimar in the Tenderloin and (b) Nini's Cafe in San Mateo near Burlingame.
