There are some psychologists that actually try to be scientific (my GF is doing a postgraduate degree in neuropsychology).

So thanks for the armchair neuropsychology, but nobody needs it; we still have a lot to learn.

But it is there (and would be entirely relevant were I studying the mechanisms involved, was I interested in the neuropsychology, etc.).

My background is not about neuropsychology but I have very much interested in it.

If we are to define consciousness in any way, I expect the breakthrough to come from a combination neurology/neuropsychology, physics, and control theory.

The subject should also appeal to your Neuropsychology jones.

That seems a really interesting and challenging project, do you have a background in neuropsychology or another field that helps you understand how the human brain work?

I didn't repost anything form the previous post, I posted work that reflects the overarching view of neuropsychology that precedes that PFC work, which is neuroscience.

I should also note in my last neuropsychology test, I was found to have eidetic memory, specifically the emotional memory: I remember my surroundings when an emotional event happens.

His books are well worth a read if you're interested in neuropsychology, but you might find them a bit heavy if you haven't already read around psychology, they're made for 2nd-3rd year undergraduate students.

Neuropsychology sounds like it would need a degree, unlike development (which would benefit from one but isn't shackled to it).
