I was visiting Barcelona a few years ago and emailed the misc- alias seeing if anyone wanted to visit Montserrat with me, and 5 of us went up there and had a great day together.
People self-hosting Montserrat are one bane of older browsers, because that seems to be a relatively popular font that got converted to a variable font file at some point, and which in browsers without variable font weight support then gets displayed at the thinnest possible font weight, which is really thin.
I would replace the Monteserrat font with something like Work Sans (or just go with Inter like a lot of people do) and maybe go down to `font-weight: 500` (Medium) for your header elements that appear in the cards that also use Montserrat (the font size is too small to be that bold and the letters end up looking like a fat man in a dress shirt with the buttons holding on for dear life).
I don't know the physical distribution of these properties, so purely hypothetically: if the empty properties are in deprived areas of the country that don't have jobs, they might as well be in Montserrat for all the impact they have on the UK housing market in the places with jobs.
