Having spent a bit of time on Molokai and visiting the Leper Colony late last year, Ni'ihau could be interesting.

I've made some hacks to the original molokai (like the background on the numbers).

For nvim specifically, where I spend a bunch of time, I use molokai dark theme with menlo for powerline as a font.

Speaking of monokai, I recently switched to molokai and am enjoying it.

They used to send lepers to Molokai (Hawaii).

I'd love to hunt Molokai or Maui but unless you personally know a landowner who will allow you to hunt, be prepared to pay upwards of $5K just for one animal.

[0] One of the more interesting ones occurred in Hawaii when the flank of the East Molokai Volcano collapsed, creating what are believed to have been 600 meter high waves in the vicinity.

Of the Hawaiian islands usually identified as "major", Molokai, Lanai, and Kaho‘olawe are all visible from Maui, and vice versa.

There are no inter-island ferries anymore in Hawaii, except for the short tourist hops from Maui to Lanai and Molokai.

My favorite colorscheme is Molokai, which is like Monokai but softer on the eyes.
