The Intex phone I assume it refers to is an Intex phone, not a Mozilla phone.

In fact, Spice and Intex are the manufacturers that Mozilla has partnered to produce the $25 smart phones.

Since Intex is no charity, you should assume that they are still making a profit at $33.

From Indian perspective it may not be a good decision for Mozilla to team up with Intex and Spice.
