A macaron is a sandwich-like cookie that's filled with jam, ganache, or buttercream.

Like salt flakes on ganache or caramel, or there's a beloved french butter with large crystals mixed into it.

Also, you can melt it and use it to make frosting, ganache or hot fudge sauce.

I think Damian Allsop's water ganache chocolate is possibly the best in the world.

Agree on the Sacher Torte, it's just an extraordinarily dry chocolate layer cake with a bit of apricot jam as the layer separator, enrobed in a tasteless waxy ganache.

Either smoothing with a hot knife, or by applying some other intentional rough texture like crosshatching, or coating it in ganache or piped pastry cream or something to hide the damage.

I think you can do just that with ganache-cli.

My stance is that package authors generally introduce new breaking bugs/exploits much more often than they fix them; popular tools like Ganache are more likely to be the target of supply-chain attacks than non-financial tools.

I do this for the main `ganache` package, which is also mostly webpacked (only because of the install-time improvements it enables, and for easier browser usage), but not the other monorepo packages (they are all still pre-1.0.0 versions anyway, so I'm not as concerned with API or transitive dep stability).

Fortunately, there are tools like Ganache, which you can run with `ganache-cli --fork` to reliably emulate locally what will happen when transactions are sent to mainnet.
