I didn't like Darjeeling Limited when I first saw it.

For example, Nepalgunj is 3x closer to Lucknow than Kathmandu Valley, Janakpur is 2x closer to Darbhanga than Kathmandu Valley, and Dharan is 3x closer to Darjeeling than Kathmandu Valley.

I always imagined that the difference in flavours reflected the different geographies - delicate growth in the Darjeeling hills versus robust growth in the warmer Assam plains.

Darjeeling is more aromatic and (for a fermented black tea) tastes quite close to a green tea.

It goes FAR beyond the typical yuppy habit of paying 80 dollars for a pound of Darjeeling.

My favourite is Darjeeling, because it's light taste, but don't drink it while I'm coding.
