Haven't bumped into many coding types back when I was there (Jan-May) but then I've been staring too much into my own codez all the while..

If I was haxin mad codez, and someone walked in and it was expected that I'd get up and wave to them in a silly way, I'd probably flip them the bird.

Stack Exchange encourages this selfish behaviour (pls send me teh codez), but at least it gives us with the Power of Google a way to access other peoples' selfishness, which is nearly the best of both worlds.

If there's a big budget with lots of VFX (like Iron Man ) the VFX crew will get the job of sourcing 'teh codez' and most likely will just use some deprecated code of their own since high-end VFX software is all script-based anyway.

And the reality is that there are tons of lazy/stupid programmers out there that just want "plz email teh codez".

The question is not "give me teh codez", but it does show that the asker has not attempted any solutions.

Anti-sec dropped "ssh exploit codez" last week, and it turned out to be a trojan that when run, deletes your home directory.

I don't see how "not a forum for debate" means "a forum for 'plz email teh codez' posts" in your reckoning.
