[1] This is my personal opinion based on playing with go the last few weeks/months. I'd love to verify this theory.

All my life I've worked and played in with technology and most people can not tell when I'm working or playing. I am always pushing to learn new things.

I really loved playing SWG - not so much for the game, but for the business aspects of it. Whilst not as successful as the OP, I made thousands of $US from the game by being part of a oligopoly.

Is it not your job to make sure the playing field is level, especially at a school where there is such a high pressure to do well as a result of a strict grading curve policy? I guess you dont believe so.

The way to be happy/satisfied is to find the game that you love or learn to love the game you're playing. The latter is often what to focus on-- there people with much less interesting jobs that are satisfied with them.

Apple was hoping that by shoving a bunch of diffs of your database onto the server, that clients can reliably reconstruct a sane database by playing them back - except that multiple clients are updating the diffs simultaneously and there is no server-side conflict resolution. Oh, and if stuff fails, there are no regular snapshot states to fall back to, because iCloud is a file store, not a database engine.

The idea here is that if you are supplying both the operating system and the applications that your applications should not benefit from being made by the same company as the OS, in other words, that it should be a level playing ground without you having an unfair advantage.
