We currently run merit-based contests and sweepstakes for some of the biggest artists in the world across all genres.

Hook it up to Angel List and you'll have made a fun sweepstakes investment game for VCs.

Unfortunately they want to milk you to death with Ad costs so they have a policy against sweepstakes, coupons and giveaways.

The act of forcing someone to retweet a message could be reasonably construed to violate the consideration clause in Federal and State sweepstakes laws.

At the end of the day, receiving a call from a "debt collector" is no different than receiving a call from "Windows Support" or "Oil Fund of Nigeria" (or even sweepstakes / political campaigns).
