Is crunchbase/owler/cb insights and every other public data aggregator/lead generator service also illegal by the same logic?

Glassdoor and Owler both say Twitch has between 1,000 and 5,000 employees.

That's basic research using crunchbase, owler, forester, gartner and so on.

And I don't trust revenue information on websites like Zoominfo and Owler as they are way off the mark for Indian companies.

I find crunchbase, owler, linkedin etc overpriced, and they don't really have that great data especially on emerging startups - there's few hard data points they have, and some bias towards companies who volunteer their data (or investors who do).

One company, Owler, immediately stood out due to some very unusual patterns.

Owler is the only customer cited as using Mixpanel's autotrack feature in production (at least as far as I can tell from their press release).

Owler is just one example of a customer we have using Autotrack but we have a paying customer base of 4,200, with tens of thousands more customers using Mixpanel for free.
