I dunno, 3D printed ABS parts are nowhere near the injection moulding strength of ABS.

Did the customer drop the frame, did the moulding warp from humidity?

I'd rather have it without the exterior moulding, though.

Have you ever seen an injection moulding machine that can produce something the size of a pallet?

Not to mention most people leave the keys on the moulding above the doors...Most home robberies occur when the occupant is not home.

Though you have a point in that traditional manufacturing techniques such as cnc milling, moulding etc will still be widely used..
