Not to sound like a fanboy (thought that might be a lost cause), this reminds me of how good a showman Steve Jobs is - as seen in the 1999 Macworld Expo with Noah Wyle (in very similar circumstances - Wyle had played Jobs in 'Pirates of Silicon Valley').

According to my friend who was an account manager at Wyle they would sell off their stock to one of the 'old part finders' for 1/2 to 1/4 of the previous suggested price.

He may be a tad young for the stuff after 2000 (i.e., the part more interesting and familiar to most potential viewers) but I have a feeling that this Noah Wyle kid could make a decent show of portraying Steve Jobs.

(Wise, though I personally think Kutcher did a good job with what he was given.) Jobs very famously liked (or at least whimsically came to terms with) Noah Wyle's amazing portrayal of him in Pirates Of Silicon Valley, getting Wyle to repeat his performance on stage at a a Macworld keynote.

I think Noah Wyle would present the Dean Cain problem: he's an actor who's suited to the role, but because he's a TV actor who actually played the role in a low-budget TV production, anyone making a major motion picture would want to get someone "better".

If resemblance was a major factor then they'd bring back Noah Wyle.
