The only thing you can do is take online courses at Coursera or Udemy as they're general enough skills.

If you want to build specialised course and charge high fees per student, Udemy is not the place for you.

May be the SaaS app can take 10% of the sales or something like that (like udemy, but for music)?

You could probably film it (or get them to film it) and stick the result on udemy to recoup your losses...

Learning new programs like Sketch, or taking classes on Udemy and Coursera makes no sense to me if you don't apply it.
