But I got all of that from Pavel Tsatsouline on a Tim Ferris podcast titled The Science of Strength.

Dan John's Easy Strength, that he originally developed with Pavel Tsatsouline whose Greasing the Groove was also mentioned in the comments, follows a similar idea.

I think you're thinking of Pavel Tsatsouline that promoted the kettlebell in the west.

The Quick and the Dead by Pavel Tsatsouline is a great book and routine (100 push ups and 100 kettlebell swings spread out in 15 second intervals over 30 minutes).

I think I heard about it from Tim Ferriss [0], and also found the book ‘Kettlebell Simple and Sinister’ by Pavel Tsatsouline to be a solid resource.

The Quick and the Dead book by Pavel Tsatsouline is one such routine, it uses 10 sets of 10 push-ups and 10 sets of 10 kettlebell swings with resting in between (30 minutes total, 3 times a week).

For people who aren't are so fortunate, I always recommend that they look into Kettlebell Simple & Sinister on Amazon from Pavel Tsatsouline (there's a new version, recently released, easy to read and very dense with information and incredible strength training insights).
