One of topcoat's goals is to be highly performant CSS (especially on mobile, it's hard to deliver fast UI).

The topcoat would seriously affect absorption rates, etc, even assuming you applied it to all sides.

Its early days for Topcoat (thus the lacking docs) but our reset is separated from aesthetic (and layout) so you can run an optimized build that gives you exactly what you describe.

Still, a very powerful machine, but the screen now has a spot in the middle with multiple dead pixels, the topcoat on the trackpad is peeling off, and the main body has spots where palms rest.

Among the frameworks I checked: backbone, ember, angular, ionic, topcoat and various other CSS frameworks.

This was an era when many San Jose and Los Gatos residential streets were smooth blacktop and not yet besmirched with a very rough, gray aggregate bonded topcoat hostile to bicycles and especially skateboards.

If this got popular, I'm not sure how easy it would be to detect if someone broke your seal, replaced the screws/stickers as they were and resealed it with a clear topcoat of a similar gloss level.

I’ve never been brave enough to modify my laptops beyond the one time I sprayed a new (hard) topcoat on an Acer Aspire 5520g… which turned it from a flimsy piece of garbage into a slightly less flimsy piece of garbage.

We're looking at integrating something like Topcoat's Benchmark server [1] to have CI setup for CSS performance regression testing.

I realize it is a lightweight framework, but so is Pure and Topcoat, and their examples look a lot better.

I also want to performance test them all, using both Chrome dev tools [1] and Topcoat's Chromium Telemetry tests [2].
