I buy a small tub of grass fed beef tallow that lasts about 3 months.

I used to like it but after most places switched to vegetable oil, I find tallow-fried fries disgusting.

Gelatin in liquid medicine capsules, pork-fat as a soup additive, chicken wings fried in beef tallow, the list goes on and on.

Bring back the beef tallow french fries McDonalds!You and I and anyone else with tastebuds will appreciate it, but I pity the vegans.

It lead to things like McDonalds using hydrogenated vegetable oil instead of saturated fat laden beef tallow in their fryers.

The guy quickly sliced up the potato and prepared the fries in some sort of wok with some sort of oily substance that I always assumed was clarified butter, but may very well have been beef tallow or some other concoction.
