Decent forms of anarcho-syndicalism aim at advanced, complex industrial societies. Therefore there can be lots of lit on running effective self-managing teams, replacing today's managerial lit.

I do think that syndicalism is probably the best vision I've seen for an anarchist future - but ultimately, either those syndicates would have to participate in capitalist trade, or they would have to be controlled by some governing body, or they would have to be totally self-sustaining. Just think about how difficult-to-produce drugs would be distributed between communities.

There are many political arrangements, such as anarcho-syndicalism, which reject the traditional hiearchies of power but nonetheless enable people to work together to create civilization. What I am talking about is rejecting the modes of power prevalent, not civilization entirely.
