It's just probably the case that ~99.999% of women cannot come close to competing with post-pubescent male athletes.

You can kind of get by if you ensure you're population is all pre-pubescent or all post-pubescent and similar in age.

To whit: development of sexual appetites, or sensitivity to sexual characteristics/behaviors in post-pubescent individuals that did not exist or have personal precedent pre-puberty.

I've not looked for the statistics, but I'm sure that the figures change for post-pubescent victims.

What's even worse is that it's quite normal for adults to be sexually attracted to post-pubescent teens, and the term for an exclusive sexual preference for such is 'ephebophilia'.

I suspect a number of adults must be shocked at their own sexual attraction to post-pubescent teens and might have a rather adverse reaction to that....

I think there is much more hatred for "child" pornography because it is completely natural for humans to be attracted to post-pubescent humans, because biology.

Putting a bunch of post-pubescent "young-adults" in the same central location for 4 or so years allows for a lot of crazy things, but more importantly, a lot of bonds, experiences, etc.
