When the body is finally perfused fully and dunked into liquid nitrogen...flash freezing isn't immediate.

Fewer interruptions means fewer 'wasted' compressions, and less time that the brain isn't getting perfused.

Where I disagree is the assertion that the "tactics", to use your term, have been perfused through the system and there's nothing left to gain here.
